Initially they practiced Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong only. Then the fan, the sword, the broad-sword, the stick and other different forms of Tai Chi Chuan were added. This is beneficial to the members especially the enjoyment they experienced when practicing Tai Chi in the park during weekends.
The Tai Chi class now has 70- 80 people. Every Wednesday, they come together to practice Tai Chi. It is very touching to see the perseverance and enthusiasm of the members. They practice together and through practice they achieve a healthy and happy life.
The Tai Chi group also performs at other festivals, clubs, aged care homes as part of our social contributions to the community.
