Yang Sang Dance is a form of dance that was crafted from a combination of Tai Chi, health theory, the meridians, music and dance. Yang Sang dance helps to enhance your health while you are enjoying and practicing the dance. Group dance is more beneficial as it increases the field effect that promotes good health.
Our Yang Sang dance is very popular with festivals, clubs and aged care homes and the members perform as part of our club's social contributions and commitment to the multicultural community.
