Walking Group

Walking is gentle on your body and suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels. It’s also a great way to meet new people, catch up with friends and be active at the same time.

Walking increases cardiovascular and pulmonary (heart and lung) fitness. reduces risk of heart disease and stroke. improves management of conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint and muscular pain or stiffness, and diabetes. stronger bones and improves body balance.
